On occasion, demolition is the most commercially sound or even the only solution to deal with damage caused by fire or explosion. We draw up the required contract specifications, coordinate the necessary invitations for tenders and monitor disposal measures.
The required chemical analyses are performed by reliable, accredited laboratories with which we have worked for many years.
The Alfons Preisinger team can act as coordinators per TRGS 524 and are registered Health and Safety Coordinators per the German Construction Site Regulations (Baustellenverordnung). We also have employees with expertise as defined in TRGS 519 (Technical Rules for Hazardous Materials: Asbestos).
